Refund Policy
1. General Refund Principles
At Forlabix, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services that meet or exceed client expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our platform.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation Before Work Commencement: If you cancel a service engagement before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made within 14 business days.
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the timeframe specified in the contract, you may request a partial or full refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the service.
- Material Defects: If the delivered service contains material defects that cannot be remediated within a reasonable timeframe (30 days from notification), you may request a refund for the defective component.
3. Milestone-Based Refunds
For project-based engagements, payments are structured according to milestone deliverables. Refunds for partially completed projects are calculated as follows:
- Milestone payments for completed and approved deliverables are non-refundable.
- Milestone payments for in-progress work may be refunded proportionally based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Future milestone payments are fully refundable upon cancellation.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

- Include your contract reference number, a description of the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
- Allow up to 10 business days for us to review and respond to your refund request.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of refund approval. You will receive written confirmation of the refund amount and expected processing date.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Cancellations made after the commencement of work where the work cannot be reasonably separated or returned.
- Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, feedback, or access within agreed-upon timelines.
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (domain registrations, hosting fees, software licenses) that are non-refundable.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Forlabix, registered at 077025 | Str. Alunului nr. 12 | Ors. Bragadiru, Jud. Ilfov | Romania, Romania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Forlabix provides digital services including but not limited to web development, e-commerce solutions, API integration, infrastructure architecture, and digital consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to necessary systems, accounts, and resources required for service delivery.
- Deliver feedback, approvals, and required materials within the timeframes specified in the project schedule.
- Designate an authorized representative with decision-making authority for the project.
- Ensure that all content and materials provided to Forlabix do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise specified in the service agreement:
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may incur a penalty of 0.1% per day on the outstanding amount, up to a maximum of 10%.
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Forlabix reserves the right to suspend work if payments are overdue by more than 21 days.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all deliverables produced under the service agreement. Forlabix retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement for future projects, provided that no client confidential information is disclosed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forlabix's total liability arising out of or in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the liability. Forlabix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
9. Amendments
Forlabix reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered clients or posted on this website with a minimum of 30 days' notice before taking effect.
